1. Digital Products (No Refund Policy)

All our products are digital and downloadable, including but not limited to:

Canva-editable templates
Ramadan posters & timetables
Greeting cards
Islamic reminders & digital content

Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the product has been delivered or access has been granted, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.

2. Services

For custom services (such as content writing, branding, website rebuilding, or social media services):

Payments made for services are non-refundable once the work has started.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate payment made by mistake
Technical issues where the product is not delivered and we are unable to resolve the issue

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof.

4. Incorrect Purchases

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Lack of Canva knowledge
Failure to read product or service descriptions
